Kenyan Wheat Treated With TwinN

TwinN

Overview

TwinN is a reliable, cost effective selection of nitrogen-fixing microbes for use as a soil improver on all crops.

TwinN microbes live inside the plant as well as on the root surface. The microbes operate like miniature urea factories, converting atmospheric nitrogen into a plant-available form. TwinN microbes respond to nitrogen demands as the plant dictates, and as a result, nitrogen is neither under nor over-supplied.

TwinN takes advantage of a category of microorganisms called endophytes. TwinN microbes are multi-functional in their mode of operation - they have the potential to fix nitrogen within plants as well as in the soil surrounding the root zone. This in turn creates two separate sites of activity, hence the name 'TwinN'.

TwinN is a freeze-dried biological alternative to traditional nitrogenous fertilisers. TwinN can reduce the reliance on nitrogen fertiliser application in conventional farming operations.
